“The ‘Buddy Holly Story’ known as ‘BUDDY’ came about in the 80’s when I was asked to light this new production at Plymouth Theatre Royal. We took it to the Victoria Palace Theatre in London and it ran and ran and ran.

I have had a lot of mileage out of the show over the years; tours, Broadway, North USA, Canada and a whole lotta other countries and venues!” Being green at the outset, I didn’t manage to obtain royalites for my efforts and so... Missed out on a whole lotta cash! It now continues under a different management in London, still thumpin’ out the same ol’ tunes!”
