These events are large with hundreds of people attending. The event is always a female occasion, the bride groom being presented with his bride, then he goes to the men's part of the event, leaving the girls to party. No man may be seen that evening. The technical staff have to operate the equipment, sound and lighting from behind screens.

Each Ballroom has a large stage lighting rig, with state of the art equipment. The rooms are used for Weddings, Product Launches, Conferences, Banquets etc.
